What a joy to connect as one in these auspicious times of change and awakening! Thank you for your interest in our project Tink's Umbrella, fiscal sponsor program.  Applying for and obtaining 501c3 status with the IRS is costly, time consuming, and invasive. We were blessed with this organization when we adopted Flowers of Hope, a 501c3 already in operation, ready to retire and rest. Peace Production was born - with a name change to the founding corporation. We now share that blessing with others who live as Heartists... from the Heart for the greater good of all.

The process of having a nonprofit umbrella provide support, education, and status... is fairly simple, but there are some basic tenets that you would need to understand.
1.  Money is not to flow from the nonprofit to a for profit company or individual. That said, the nonprofit may purchase items or services from an individual or company when it is in the best interests of the nonprofit to do so. (e.g. You are selling a book through your nonprofit. The nonprofit may purchase the book through you at cost to sell and keep the income from the sale for service programs.)
2.  Income and expenditures are public information and must be available for viewing by anyone who asks.
3.  Transparency is key for all transactions.

The benefits of 501c3 status in the US are vast. As we bridge the old world of corporate dominion and the new world of individual sovereignty, those corporations active in the world can make donations and write the donation off their taxes, supporting the people rather than the War machine.  Individuals may make donations and reduce their tax burden, redirecting funds to community they support; and businesses may find supporting a nonprofit a good marketing strategy. Marketing and advertising dollars are also reduced from net income before paying taxes, thereby deductible expenses.

While there are many organizations in the USA with 501c3 status, often the specific organizations require burdensome processes to sponsor another group or activity. Like the United Way, the original umbrella nonprofit, any organization under their umbrella is bound strictly to their directives and fees are high, making the process worth little.

Peace Production offers nonprofit training and support, grant writing assistance, program development, and guidance. We are experienced in the realms of government business and share that with our co-creators.

To come under the Umbrella, we ask a fee for service that will establish your nonprofit organization legally and a small percentage of the funds you receive to cover our administrative expenses related to the project. Our fees range from 5% for a one time small fundraising event up to 10% for a large, fully grown organization.

As you assimilate this information and commune together about the direction your organizatoin is moving forward in... we are here to serve. We have deep love, respect and honor for ALL!
