• Elements (the micro world)
• DNA (program for this body)
• Earth (Land of Birth and current location)
• Soul (Emotional body and alternate living experiences)
• Co-Create (interaction with others)
• Bliss (feminine receiving)
• Power (what kind, and our use of)
• Aura​ (the hormones, etc. we emit into the space around us)

Beginning December 1, 2017 we will visit one dimension of self each day. Imagine yourself standing with the center of this image at your heart.  Spirit and solar energy coming from above - Earth and water energy coming from below - arms outstretched, Giving and Receiving in the horizontal world. In between your head and hands and hands and feet are two dimensions each.

The four closest to the arms of Bliss and Presence represent realms that work closely with our physical expression in the world. See the butterfly pattern of the second layer represented by Mind, Elements, CoCreate, and Power.

The four closest to our vertical column of Spirit and Earth represent realms that work more closely with our inner life and spiritual experience within. Those supporting energies show in a dragonfly type pattern of Aura, Ego, DNA, and Soul.
